Typical emphases within the Masters

A Masters programme in Computing provides you with the general knowledge of creating and programming computers. The study contains subjects such as hardware and software design, scientific research methods and various options of processing and managing information.

The aim of the Master of Computing is to qualify you with an exceptional standard of all-round computer knowledge, as well as practical and technical skills which are essential for a career in this profession. Within this Masters programme you are free to specialise in the area you prefer such as software engineering,  computer engineering, information systems, and information and communication technology.

The admission requirements vary from university to university. But as a general rule you need a Bachelor degree in any computing-related subject. After one to two years of study you will receive the academic degree Master of Science or Master of Engineering.

Professional future as a Computing expert
