IW Academy

The IW Academy is a cooperation between renown academic institutions: the Cologne Institute for Economic Research and the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. This collaboration fosters innovative and interdisciplinary educational programs and research projects.

In cooperation with the Cologne University of Applied Sciences the IW Academy offers a part-time masters program in „Behavioral Ethics, Economics and Psychology“. Our students are enrolled at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, which also awards them with the degree „Master of Arts” after their successful completion. Our students enjoy individual and exclusive guidance and support from IW Academy staff members during their studies.

Studying at the IW Academy also means studying in one of the most  vibrant cities in Europe. Having the airport nearby and a rail station in the center, Cologne is easy to reach from other cities in Germany and from abroad. As our lectures will be given in the exclusive premises of the Cologne Institute for Economic Research, we guarantee a pleasant work climate.

IW Academy: Extra-occupational Studies

At the IW Academy lectures are held by experienced and renowned professors from different universities. Students are mentored by the lecturers individually and conversationally. The organisation of the master course is adjusted to the special demands of our students, who seek for a master degree besides their professional career.

Our students not only benefit from personal and individual consultation, but also from interactive lectures in small groups of maximal 25 students.
