Executive MBA

The EMBA is delivered over a period of 18-months in ten face-to-face modules on ESMT Berlin’s campus. The one-week modules take place about every two months and let you directly apply your new skills. Business-focused course assignments and ESMT’s unique final report structure permit to conduct a project in your organization and enhance your visibility and network. The program design enables you to manage your family and social life efficiently during the program.
Three of the ten modules are international: The Global Network Week, the Evidence-Based Management Module, and the International Field Seminar. Each with a particular agenda, these modules allow you to experience a particular business topic, latest global thinking, and societal and organizational cultures first-hand.

Executive MBA

The EMBA admissions criteria are:

• Strong career record of at least 5 years of work experience, three of which should include managerial experience
• Indication of senior leadership potential for high-performance career growth
• International outlook and intercultural competence
• Teamwork skills
• Clear commitment by your company regarding study-time allowance and project agreements, or, for EMBA career change candidates, an in-depth discussion with our EMBA management about your career plan
