Part-time MBA

The ESMT Berlin Part-time MBA in Business Innovation is an ideal way to continue working full-time while gaining the competencies to support your personal development, as well as the growth and transformation of your employer.
This blended MBA is taught 80% online, and 20% face-to-face. The program is delivered over 14 weekend modules across two years. You can choose to attend the in-person classes either in Berlin or in Munich. 

The program targets individuals with a minimum of three years’ professional experience who wish to be effective change agents in their organization. Part-time MBA

The focus areas of this dynamic MBA program are business innovation, leadership and general management.

Blended courses combine online and face-to-face learning in an ideal 80:20 split. You get the best of both online and offline worlds – innovative learning and network building.
Face-to-face learning takes place over 14 in-person residencies. You have the choice of attending them either in Berlin or in Munich. The weekend modules, lasting 2.5 days, start on Thursday afternoon and finish on Saturday evening. The classroom setting allows for discussion, network building and peer-to-peer learning under the guidance of ESMT’s world class faculty.
During residencies you will also take part in personal development courses on a range of topics such as building high performance teams, presentation effectiveness, intercultural communications, consulting skills, project management and more.

Part-time MBA

The Part-time MBA in Business Innovation is designed for professionals seeking a rigorous management degree while also working.
The admissions criteria for this program are:

• A minimum of 3 years full-time postgraduate work experience
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
• GMAT/GRE scores or a strong score in the ESMT admissions test
