Classical contents in your Masters course

The Master of Musicology aims to educate the most talented musicians in the science of the theoretical and scientific debate with music. You will gain knowledge in working with all music genres like classical music, popular music, jazz and even rock'n roll. With the different music genres come different compositions which you will learn to distinguish.

Among them are Mozart, Chopin, Beethoven, Bach, Stamitz, Schubert, Haydn and Clementi and many other great artists, who will accompany you through your studies.

It is stipulated that you will be able to analyze classical, as well as contemporary pieces in scientific regard after the completion of the average two year Masters course.

Entry requirements 

As an entry requirement, you need to hold a Bachelors degree in musics or instruments. Some universities have a closer look at your grade point average when graduating the precedent degree course or conduct application interviews and tests.
