Admission Requirements for Masters of Sports Management

If you wish to begin your Master of Sports Management you will be required to present a completed Bachelor’s in a related field. Some of the Masters programs are aimed directly at people who are already employed in sports organizations or sport-related companies. 

Normally, your studies will take four semesters. You will be involved with business-related topics and core subjects such as Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Human Resources Management. 

In addition, there are several specialization areas you can choose from. For example, you have the choices Sports Economics, Sports Law and Risk Management. This will allow you to choose from several career paths – from managing a sporting goods organization to organizing exercise/fitness events.
