You will learn in detail about famous theatre writers and the different epochs which influence the plays. Pieces of Shakespeare will also be a part of your studies in subjects like modern theatres. However, you will compare modern and classic pieces and try to interpret them in your own way.
Many universities and colleges have also an emphasis on teaching you how to write a play and stage it professionally during your Masters study.
