  For the guys – it is your choice whether you will shave your beard or how to stilise your hair. However, think about the message that you are sending. For a good CV photo the message you want to send is “I am professional, hardworking, friendly, competent, successful.” Before taking the photo, take one final look at the mirror. Would you hire such a cool guy as yourself? If the answer is “Yes!” – go for it.
  For the ladies – the best tip for CV photos is to make your natural beauty shine. So, don’t throw too extravagant makeup on. It is better to choose rather neutral colors that just enhance your features. It is a good idea to give some more definition to your eyes and lips, as well as to smudge the extra glow with some foundation powder. Matte makeup is better for the flashlight. • How to dress?

  What kind of job are you aiming at? Normally, a casual-elegant stile would do for the photos. It is preferable to wear 1 or 2 colors outfit rather than something too colorful. For the girls – try not to wear something too revealing, whereas for the guys it is advisable to avoid ties with comic characters. ;)

Look with eyes opened to encourage trust (but don’t make scared big eyes). Keep your hair back. You don’t want it covering your face for the CV photos.
